Our Commitment to You

Every order placed at Art Studio Digitizing — whether through our Shop, a monthly business plan, or a custom quote — includes unlimited free revisions. We do not close an order until your file sews correctly. This is not a marketing line. It is our standard operating procedure.

If something is wrong with your file, we fix it first. Refunds are a last resort, not a first response.

Revisions — Unlimited & Free

Every order includes unlimited free revision rounds with no time limit after delivery. To request a revision:

  1. Reply to your order delivery email
  2. Describe what needs to change — stitch direction, density, sizing, color stops, underlay, or any other detail
  3. We will turn the revised file around within 12-24 hours

 

There is no cap on the number of revision rounds. We revise until your stitch-out is perfect.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

A full refund will be issued if:

  • We are unable to digitize your design to a sewable, production-quality standard after multiple revision attempts
  • Your file was not delivered within the agreed timeframe and you no longer need it as a result
  • You were charged incorrectly or duplicated on a payment
  • Your order was placed but work had not yet commenced and you wish to cancel

 

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (card or PayPal).

When Refunds Do Not Apply

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • The digitizing file was delivered correctly and sewn, but you changed your mind about the design concept
  • The issue lies with your embroidery machine, thread type, stabilizer, fabric, or hooping technique — not the file itself
  • You provided a low-resolution or unclear image and the resulting detail limitation was communicated to you before delivery
  • More than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered
  • The design was digitized exactly as instructed and approved in writing

Monthly Business Packs & Wholesale Plans

Monthly plan payments (Starter, Professional, Studio Pro) cover a set volume of files per month. Unused file credits in a given month do not roll over and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

If you need to cancel a monthly plan, please contact us before your next billing date and no further charges will be made.

Rush Orders

The $10 Rush Order add-on fee is non-refundable once digitizing has commenced. Because rush files are processed immediately upon order, work begins within minutes of payment. The base design fee remains fully subject to our standard revision and refund policy.

Digital Products — Important Note

Because our products are digital files (embroidery digitizing formats such as DST, PES, EMB, JEF, and others), they cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Our revision policy exists specifically to address this — we fix the file rather than issue a refund wherever possible.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@artstudiodigitizing.com with the subject: Refund Request — Order #[Your Order Number]
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and if applicable a photo or video of the sew-out result
  3. We will review your request within 1-2 business days and respond with next steps

 

We would always rather fix the problem than process a refund. If something went wrong, reach out first — we are responsive and we want to make it right.
