Appliqué is the smart solution for large embroidered designs. Rather than filling an area entirely with thread (which adds stitch count, weight, and production time), appliqué places a fabric piece on the garment and uses embroidery to secure and frame it with a satin border.

Our appliqué digitizing files include three phases in the correct sequence: placement run, tackdown stitch, and final satin border. We can create files for manual appliqué placement or for automated appliqué production.
